Congo office provides "family services", loyal customer purchase another batch of dump trucks

 

An Indian large export-oriented enterprise group in Congo has been involved in various industries such as mining, infrastructure, agriculture, smelting, steel, transportation and daily necessities. Since 2017, the customer has purchased more than 200 sets of various models trucks from SINOTRUK, and in the middle of 2021, the customer purchase another batch of dump trucks.

 

In order to give back and thank the support of the old customers to the brand SINOTRUK, the office in DRC made the plan of customer visit and PDI inspection. The office personnel provided free door-to-door service for the newly arrived vehicles to customer’s installation. The vehicles were transported from the port of Dar es Saddam, Tanzania to the customer's factory in DRC. Before the arrival of the vehicles, the personnel of SINOTRUK has communicated with the customer several times to confirm the arrival time of the vehicles.

 

To ensure the successful delivery of the vehicle to the customer, the office personnel prepared the PDI inspection form and maintenance tools in advance and went to the customer's location. They first communicated with the director in charge of the fleet about the problems encountered during the transportation of the vehicles and then focused on checking the vehicle’s problems. Through more than two hours careful vehicle trouble checking and vehicle inspection, all the vehicles were successfully delivered to the customers.

 

Besides vehicle inspection, they also provided a good driving training to drivers, carried out training on vehicle maintenance for the customer's maintenance team, and delivered the maintenance manuals of SINOTRUK to the customer.

 

Through this door-to-door service, the customers gave us affirmation and said that they can be completely assured to buy the vehicles of SINOTRUK, which have a large number of vehicles in the market, sufficient spare parts and after-sales service in place, so they don't need to worry about the use and maintenance of the vehicles. Knowing the customers' affirmation of our brand and products increased our confidence to perform better in the overseas market..
