During 2014 and 2015, one customer in Egypt purchased more than 20 units of HOWO dump trucks from SINOTRUK for construction. Over the years, these trucks have been operating efficiently, which created good economic benefits for the customer. This customer commented that SINOTRUK HOWO dump truck was even "more powerful" than Mercedes Benz.

In June of 2019, there was something wrong with the gearboxes of several dump trucks , making it hard to engage the gear. After receiving the customer's feedback, the Egyptian representative office sent after-sales team to the scene and check the gearbox immediately. Due to the extensive service experience and professional skill, they found out the problem and solved it swiftly. The customer highly praised the timeliness of the SINOTRUK team over problem-solving.
