On August 5, 2019, after breakfast, SINOTRUK Guinea team drove 2 hours to the customer camp. When the HOWO T7 with red color in the customer camp came into view, the feeling of fatigue caused by the bumpy road and uneven road instantly disappeared, and everyone was relaxed and full of energy. The customer was very happy with the arrival of the service team, after a brief greeting with the customer, the service team asked him about the operation of the truck in the past month. The customer reported that the operation frequency of the truck was reduced due to the rainy season, they planned to use the rainy season to carry out comprehensive maintenance and overhaul of the truck, so as to provide a solid guarantee for the truck operation after the rainy season. During the communication process, the service team found out that there was a HOWO T7 engine shaking and emitting white smoke after starting, after troubleshooting by EOL diagnostic system and pulse change inspection of high-pressure oil pipe, it was determined that the NO.3 cylinder and NO.5 cylinder fuel injectors of the engine did not work. The service team replaced the straight pipe and injector in the cylinder and finally the fault was eliminated. The customer gave a thumbs up to the professionalism and timeliness of the Guinea team.
